Recently, I have given an iphone 3g to my son, but cannot find any game apps that work with the software (and the software cannot be upgraded).
Surely, there most still be some apps working with the old phones, or at least I hope so?? I have surfed the net but without any luck. Maybe you can help me? Otherwise, the phone is only good for sms and ringing which would be a shame ..

The 3G runs 4.2.1 at the highest. Most developers have abandoned support for it as the phone was discontinued nearly 3 years ago.

Thanks - even though I had hoped for another answer! I was sure - and maybe still hoping - that somewhere there would be a list of old apps ready for download .. Ex apps that have not been continued but still work on old devices.
