I have iPhone 3GS and it is updated to iOS 4.1.

but I could not download apps because it should be updated to 4.3 iOS.

So I want to know can I update my iPhone to iOS 4.3 and I am from India Hyderabad. So can 4.3 iOS work in Hyderabad.

You can ONLY update to the current version. 6.1.2. YOu can not update to 4.3 any more. Plug it into your computer running the current version of iTunes and press the "Check for Updates" button if you're not prompted automatically.

Updating to iOS 5.0 or higher is an erase/restore deal, so, follow the directions here to update your phone:

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972

If you chose to update, iOS 6.1.2 will be installed on your phone.
