this device is no longer eligible for creating a free icloud account

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer.

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.

Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.

You need to enter details from one of the accounts you have already created into the user and passwoed fields, leave the create an Apple ID button alone.

I have asked for your email address to be edited out. Posting your address in an open thread is a sure way to be bombarded by unwanted email, remember it will be here long after you have resolved your problem, for automated detection software to find.

If you want people to contact you, enable others to see your email address in your profile.

Same issue encouter here, but I tried to create on a laptop but still the account I created is not accepting on the iphone 4s same message appeared .
