I received "Not Enough Storage" and my iPad couldn't be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. I can't go to settings or power down because the touch screen isn't responding. I did buy more iCloud storage with my phone,
I received a message stating Not Enough Storage. This iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. The touch screen will not let me select settings to correct this. I did purchase more storage via my iPhone, but I still cannot get my iPad working.
