Q: In my gmail account info I do not have a contacts bar that I can turn off and on.  How can I add that?

In my gmail account info in settings mail contacts calendars I now do not have a contacts bar that I can turn off and on.  Just updated phone and lost it.

What can I do to add it back?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.2, Just updated this phone
