I am upgrading from 10.6.8 to 10.7. When I start the installation of Mac OS X Lion I get "Waiting for App Store to download Mac OS X Server Add On. It never down loads. I have read FAQs on how to create a bootable usb/cd but I can never get it to work. Thanks for the help.
