Just reset your network settings
Hi. What do you mean? In iPhone? Do you mean restore factory settings in network?
Yes that should help
I don't believe you can connect except in a personal hotspot scenario
Probably why it said not supported

I do not no just restart everything Then it might reconize your apple product
You can ONLY connect a Mac computer to an iOS device via bluetooth for hotspot tethering. No other bluetooth profiles are supported under iOS that would allow connecting to a computer - so if you were hoping to transfer files over bluetooth, that is not possible and never has been with any iOS device.
Really? So, for what is instashare application??? Look at to appstore to this application, please. The wrote, Just turn on your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth...So what??? It's for transferring e.g. mp3, pictures and so on....
As the app setup specifically mentions, it is merely a BT bridge between their app on one device and another. It does NOT require any pairing of devices. If you have the beta version on your Mac and the iOS app on your iOS device, you should be running both apps and they should self-discover eachother without any BT setup required.
If that does not happen, then there would appear to be something wrong with the software or your installation of it.
Instashare uses a BT bridge between apps, not a BT network connection between devices.
P.S. here is Apple's list of supported bluetooth profiles in iOS
OK. It works through hotspot very well. But the other way. When I turn on bluetooth on my iPhone5, it can not find my MacBook pro, but macbook pro can find my iPhone...So i just click to join devices and my iPhone appears on my macbook as new device but iPhone doesn't show my macbook...Is it standard??? Thanks

Yes, because pairing that way has no supported profiles, so the system has no way to set up the connection with the device.
