Q: I cannot sync a movie to my iPod what can I do

I'm traveling today and I wanted to watch a movie. I downloaded it to my iTunes but cannot sync it to my iPod I keep getting an error report. I dd download the latest version of iTunes.

iTunes: Frequently asked questions about viewing and syncing videos
Have you successfully synced other videos from that iTunes library?
On the 4G abd 5G will sync/play HD video
