What if locked your iPod touch up and it says Ipod is disabled please connect to iTunes but what if u just want to reset it

Does anyone out there know how to unlock an iPod touch that says you have to connect to iTunes but I want to reset it you know so all of your data is gone but I just want to get out of unlock

iPod touch, iOS 6.0.2
