Ical icon disappeared from iphone

Hi

My ical icon is no longer on the desktop of my iphone. I can see it is still open when I double click home to see what is open but the icon is not on the desktop. How do I restore it? I already shut down phone and did a restore and it still is not showing up. Thank you
