how can a share my i cal with my assitant
i will like my assitant to schedule apointments update my contacts with moments and to be sinked in my calendar and contacts
Your assistant will need their own iCloud account. Then you can share a calendar or calendars privately with him and give him read/write privileges. Please see this page:

and expand 'Share a calendar privately'.
However contacts may be more problematic as iCloud doesn't provide an equivalent; so an alternative would be for you to open a new iCloud account for business purposes and for him to have full access to that.
