If you scrool down for the Notifications, you can even scroll back at the top once you have checked the Notifications, I Assume you might have already tried that :-).

So if that did not work,

Go To SETTINGS > NOTIFICATIONS > Sort Apps as: MANUALLY.

OR

If the TWEET option is not Available IN NOTIFICATION CENTER, check NOT IN NOTIFICATION CENTER and TURN ON the Notifications.

This will not remove the Twitter or the Facebook Share Option from the Notifications Bar even if you have a heap of Notifications Unread.
