There is no hotspot option available for selection on my iPad 4 under settings or cellular date? I have searching the internet for 10 days to no avail!

How would i know? I was told that i can when bought the micro sim? However i am not able to find a hotspot button/ selection on my iPad. What is a tethering plan? Tx for the quick response.
Ask where you bought the micro sim.
The Hotspot (tethering) option that not all cellular companies provide, and if they do provide they sometimes charge extra for that option. You would need to check with them to determine if your account has been provisioned to include it.
Is your ipad cellular
I i am using 8ta a south african supplier. Yes it is a cellular. They told me they do support it however when I challenged them they suddenly seemed unsure!

I have no such option. How can i paste a screenprint via the ipad here so that you can see what i mean?
Push toghther the home button and the bottom on the right upper corner. This takes screen shots on iPhone will probably do in iPad.
Hold the home button and power button together
Then go to camera roll/photos
Hold onto the picture then press copy which should appear
Then post reply
Hold down until paste appears
Press paste
Bingo
I am holding down and paste won't appear? Only select?
Select then press
Change your profile picture to it for a min
Say done when you done it and I will have a look and then continue the disscusion
