Mic on iphone4 stopped working

Mic on iphone4 stopped working, I can record voice memos very clearly and can use audio apps but that's it. It doesn't work on handsfree or speaker, I can hear other people but they can't hear me talking. Already tried tricks with cardboard, q-tip cleaning, compressed air but none of that helped, please help! :)
