Automator: Batch QT Movies to MP4?

Is there a way to get Automator to batch convert a folder of movies to MP4, with the quality parameters I want? Best quality, current frame rate, current size, stereo, etc?

A handful I don't mind doing by hand but any number above 10 gets tedious; I have 60+ clips in need of such conversion.

Thank you for any clues about this!

There's no need for Automator. QTAmateur and MPEG Streamclip both support batch exports with a wide range of options. Both are free.
