It will probably fit but it would be inadvisable to use this drive in a MBP. It's a green drive, you will find performance suffers, especially as a system HD. The WD Green drives are designed for secondary data storage where performance isn't much of a concern. Even WD doesn't advise it as a system HD.
You will get far better performance at a significantly lower price with a WD Scorpio Black drive. But they don't come in 2TB sizes. 750 GB is about the largest capacity you will find. B&H Photocarries it for only about $75.

How does the Scorpio Black compare to the Blue?
Maximum drive height in an MBP is 12.5mm, largest drive capacity at 12.5mm is (currently) 1TB
The Scorpio Black is an excellent drive.
