Can I restore an iCloud backup after the initial setup if the option was not provided?

I restored my iPad this afternoon but during setup I was not given an option to restore from iCloud backup. Is there a way that I can do it now?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (VZ), iOS 6.1.2
