GarageBand - Copyright / Royalty Free?

Hello. I have a question.

I am a filmmaker, and likewise, I need music in my work. I thought GarageBand would be a good source to turn to.

May I please ask, can you use GarageBand music, loops, and jingles in videos for YouTube, the internet, or anywhere else in general without infringing upon copyright?

There are various pre-composed GarageBand songs that are great for what I want to do. Examples include "Dogma" and "Medal Ceremony".
