I read everything on fixing problems for windows 7 to connect to itunes... Nothing is working!! Help!!!!

yes!! I've done everything to get itunes 11 to connect to internet... I have windows 7 and nothing that other poeple have posted with the same problem has worked... I really frustrated!!!
