Doing Garmin update. Wanted to logout would not let me.

OK, I thought that I crashed my system and lost everything.

Ok, here is what has happened over the course of few hours.

I started to update Garmin. I said oh, why is it taking too long. So, I said ok, let me try log out and do the upgrade some other time. The system would not allow me. I pressed on the logout button, I had the message, logout / cancel / sleep / restart. I pressed on logout from the message. After a while I had a message with huge ℹ on it. It had instructions:

- The system did not log out:

*you can go to apple menu and press logout

*or force quit.

Was getting another message too:

- the backup app is not responding "do not remember the rest of the message ".

OK, I reached the point where : the Tracking pad and the Keyboard were not responding or helpful. So, any message at that point was not helpful.

I said ok, let me try 1 last thing and after that will try to pay an Apple store or an Authorized dealer a visit.

Sooo, I just closed the cover of the laptop annnnnnd BINGO. Few seconds after, tried to login, had a message you logged out and there was a problem and now you are logging in "trying here to repeat what was on this message from memory". Now, I am using my computer again but after a long painful experience.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4), Skype installed
