My phone was preparing to update and has gone into recovery mode and it wont restore help
My iphone 5 was preparing to update and is now in recovery mode and will not restore, pls help
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.1
The iPhone probably needs charging. Turn it off by:
Holding Home and Power for 10 secs
Let go of ONLY POWER, NOT HOME!
Keep holding home for 15 secs.
Plug it into the wall, let it charge, then restore again.
You shouldn't need to boot it up again, as it will boot into recovery mode.
