Mac AppStore thinks update is for a different account

I purchased WinOnX on 10 July 2012. There is an update for it right now, but the Updates tab doesn't pick it up.

I went to the app page and clicked the "Update" button, but I get this message:

User uploaded file

I then went to the Purchased tab and scrolled down to WinOnX:

User uploaded file

But when I click the "Update" button I get the same error.

Since buying the app I have changed my AppleID password and changed over to Mountain Lion, but that's all : I'm logged in to the same account (or it wouldn't be in Purchased).

How can I update it then?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 13.3", 2.7 GHz, 500 GB

I have tried that and then rebooted but it still comes up with "No Updates Available".

My "Applications" folder was there (it had been hidden for another account, but it shouldn't be for mine) so I removed that and rebooted. No results for WinOnX, but it did update Flutter (from 20 February).

When trying to update from the app's page get the same box as shown in my original post.
