iTunes COM API for Windows - how to get the song info from Radio stream?

When you play radio stream on iTunes, it shows you the name of radio and there is another line which shows URL and after few seconds it shows a song artist and title... so iTunes can get a track info from radio stream. But is there any method to get this info using iTunes COM API for Windows?

Following the documentation i have instance of IITURLTrack class and I tried everything but nothing works. Properties Description and LongDescription are only empty string. Other properties work great - URL returns URL of stream etc.

Is there any possibility to get a track info from iTunes radio stream?? I know it's possible with AppleScript on MacOS. Another question - is there any other way to work with iTunes on Windows than official API from Apple?
