Restore iPhone via iTunes.
Update to newest Firmware version.

its not working melle.....still same problem...
and when m use other aaps like facebook or hike then suddnely the app close and phone go back to main menu
please help me
Hi Friend,
I also faced this issue in the past.
Close all apps and try reseting the device pressing and holding Home/Sleep buttons until restart.
If the issue persists, turn off the device for a moment, then turn it on again.
