I got a new phone and when I restored from the cloud I discovered that everything in my camera roll didn't get transferred.
Anyone can help ? I still have the backup file in the cloud.

I did that yesterday and nothing came through yet.

Should I reset the phone and try again ?
I can't see it doing any harm. You may want to back up to iTunes before doing so though, if things go wrong, you can always restore to where you are now.
So why my videos I took with my phone are not backed up ?
