How do I display Group Name instead of "undisclosed recipients" and keep addresses hidden.

I have multiple academic group lists and need to have hidden recipients, but also need to show the name of the particular academic group. I insert the name of the group list in "TO" but it still shows up as "undisclosed recipients." Big problem for me.
