Cannot install iTunes 11.0.2. Keeps on giving error 103. Have tried it several times. Same message continues. Tried re-logging into account.., switching off laptop, Posting a screen shot. Please help:/

a day before ios 11.0.1 updated in my iphone5s/32gb, work properly and very smoothly, only battery issue.
but after get new updates of 11.0.2 downloaded my phone starts hanging every 2 sec and hand /freez for 40 sec, so lock unlock then my iphone work just for 2 sec and same process i repeat if i have to use my iphone. i am very bored with this, please help or advice
That's not working either - appears to only partially download the dmg file

Hi! My problem is solved now. I went on to the Apple's iTunes site and downloaded iTunes 11.0.2 from there. I'm happy now:) and I suggest you try doing the same.
