Q: I can't open several Keynote files

I use iCloud. I get an error message that there was a problem opening the file. I have now way of accessing these files. They will not open on any of my devices: iPhone, iPad and MBP.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.2, iCloud

It sounds to me as though the document has become corrupt. You can try and download it from one device or another, however this may be unsuccessful.

Whilst it won't help you recover documents that have already become corrupt, can I suggest you get into the habit of backing up your documents in the cloud regularly.

Thanks. The problem is that these files won't open on any of my devices. As all my files are saved and updated automatically, there is no way for me to do anything. I have no idea how files stored on iCloud can get corrupt. And yes, all my files are backed up regularly. But that's not much of a help in my situation. Frustrating.
