If your iPod is replaced under warranty, it will be the same model, same capacity, same colour.

I think that it would probably be a drawing(like a random name from a hat) so it might be that only one person wins it and you were entered in the drawing, so you may or may not win the ipod
but if it is a new ipod (unused) that they are giving away, it would probably be a 5g, but I am not sure
