Feb 27, 2013 6:40 AM in response to hm-wellsby qqwang,I posted a similar question in Sept 2012. Which countries do these new Storefront IDs reprsent?. The long list of Storefront IDs included 143575. The question never got answered.
These Storefront IDs are NOT among the 123 countries where Apple says iTunes U is accessible. So these appear to be possible explanations:
1. iTunes U is accessible in more than 123 countries, but Apple has not identified them or has not publicized them.
2. Apple is not sure which counties they represent. Those numbers are just randomly chosen. (This seems unlikely.)
3. Apple has not updated the country list.
Anyway in my report to the content developers/owners, I just state the number of known countries/regions plus those unknown Storefront IDs.
Thanks.
