Q: disk utility error on 10.5.8 OS

I tried to open up one of my programs Mac Keeper and it wouldn't open - so I contacted tech support and they sent me a link to reinstall the program. after a reboot and trying to reinstall I received a message

"The item Mac Keeper could not be moved because "Applications" can not be modified - then asks to authenticate or cancel - hit authenticate and receive messgage " Do you want to replace" hit replace - type in my password and then I receive message " the operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for Mac Keeper" - contacted Mac Keeper and they asked me to run a verify disk

This is what it returned - I then ran a repair disk - it is all below - mac keeper said I had to contact Apple - Any help would be appreciated - I am running IMAC 10.5.8 OS 2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB 667 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM - I know it is old and I have ordered a OS upgrade - thanks
