Can't delete pictures

I used itunes to put pictures on phone, my computer crashed and i got a new computer.

Now itunes does not recognize photos and I cant delete pics from itunes. On the phone it will not let me delete these pictures either.

I need help to get the photos off the phone, they take 3gb and I need that space.
