Ok, so a few days ago I requested service and just today i got the package for me to send my ipod in. I havent opened the package because the tape says "DO NOT BREAK SEAL UNLESS USING PARTS". Does anyone know what this means?
Didn't you request service? So you have the box right?
Put the iPod in, seal the box, and call the company that shipped it or drop it in a drop-off box. The box should have instructions (either inside or outside).

Don't worry about it. When I sent mine in it also came with a bag. I put my iPod in the bag when I shipped it back, but I really don't think it will matter.
Sorry to bother you again but one last question. The box came with a little plastic bag, and i already read the shipping instructions and nowhere does it ention anything about a plastic bag.
