Q: Admin Password Forgotten

I cannot remember my Admin Password. I did not have any backup on. I did not enable my Admin Profile to accept Apple Password as a backup. I cannot find a users manual for the Mid-20012 MacBook Pro Retina Display??? Please help? I don't want to lose ALL of my info!!!!!
