Group Texting w/ More Than 10 People

I have an iPhone 4 with the latest iOS 6 installed. My friends have a group text going, but due to limitations on my hardware/software/settings, I cannot continue one single group messgae with this many people. Each time someone responds to the group text, it opens a new message on my iPhone with a random selection of 10 people in the group, causing me to have to try and follow the conversation by bouncing between messages. Is it possible with my current hardware/software to have more than 10 people on one single group message? I am open to app recommendations if that is the only solution...thanks in advance!!

Thanks for the responses!

However, I think this may just be a network issue. I had this problem with AT&T, I just recently switched to Verizon and with the same settings on the phone (albeit I now have an iPhone 4S), I can now group text with more than 10 people!

If it is really an issue for you, you may need to switch carriers, otherwise I am afraid there may not be a solution to this, as I think I tried everything on my AT&T iPhone 4 (iMessage vs. SMS vs. MMS, etc.).

Good luck!
