cannot turn on my wifi on iphone

I cannot turn on my wifi on my Iphone. It will not move to the on selection.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

If these don't work you may have a hardware problem. Visit an Apple store for an evaluation or contact Apple Support.
