Hey BDAqua! Thanks for your time.

I can boot from the install disk. I did and tried Disk Utilitys/First Aid/Repair but grt this error:

Incorrect Block count for file: Node 12181390

(It should be 2304 instead of 8076)

Invalid Node Structure

Rebuilding Catalog Tree

The Volume Macintosh HD could not be repaired.

Error: The Underlying task reported failure on exit

So Im stuck!.. Any Ideas!?

You must repair the HD, if Disk Utility or fsck should fail to repair it, your best bet is DiskWarrior from Alsoft, you'll need the CD to boot from if you don't have another boot drive...

Unless you can afford to erase the drive & start over.

You must repair the HD, your best bet is likely DiskWarrior.

BTW, you might enjoy these DiskWarrior review/recommendations...

Thanks so much for the Attention BDAqua! I actually Have Disk Warrior v.4.4 and it reports the Following:

Hardware

Device: ST3250824AS Q.

Serial Number: *********

Type: ATA Device (Serial)

When: Sun Feb 24 13:07:09 PST 2013

This Hard Drive's Built S.M.A.R.T. diagnostics indicate the Drive is functioning normally

Files

Disk Warrior encountered an unexpected error.

error code (-1715).

If you report the error please mention the code.(I have yet to report it)

(In this segment, Disk Warrior does not see the Drive so it doesnt show in the popup menu)

The only thing I havent tried is "fsck" in the terminal, cause honestly I couldnt make the command to execute!

Thanks again for your time!!
