Feb 23, 2013 3:30 PM in response to campleahby Winston Churchill,You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it.
You will then need to determine why you don't have enough space, is it because your iCloud account is already full of other documents or because the back up itself is excessively large.
