No.  It is not in the list shown here:

The Epson Artisan 730 works, but not the 720.

There is an app called Epson iPrint in the App Store that can do some limited printing on the iPad.  It may not help too much, but it's a little something.

It isn't listed as a supported AirPrint printer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356).  There are some AirPrint simulator apps in the app store that might work though, such as PrintCentral and Print n Share.  (I don't have any personal experience with any of these but you can read the reviews and decide if you want to try one.)
