My calendars are not syncing. From phone to iPad, from iPad to phone, from either device to iCal, and finally not to iCloud calendar.
had to replace my iPhone 5 today and this all started today. Not sure if there is a connection, since entries to my iPad are not syncing either.
Any ideas?

iCloud calendars don't sync. Each device or computer subscribes to the master calendars stored on the iCloud server.
If you login at http://www.icloud.com/ are your calendars visible there?
Have you setup iCloud on each computer and device using the same iCloud account on each?
Yes. Have been using iCloud since it's inception with no problem. Only change is I had to swap out my iPhone yesterday.
