I heard that iPhone 5 in Verizon comes right out the box UNLOCKED! actually I have iPhone 5 from Verizon, its working on different carrier, I'm on other country, but still there's no yet available LTE here, if I will go to other country that have available LTE does my iPhone 5 will work over LTE with other carriers?

whether lte will work or not depends onthe lte mode and frequencies in your country. no way to tell.

It is unlocked for Non-US GSM carriers.
Check which model you have A1428 or A1429. See yours at the back of phone.
Also visit http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/ and the country you want to use it in. Check with your prospective operator for operation of LTE networks.
verizon is also unlocked for US GSM carriers.
yes its unlocked in GSM, what i mean can i use it in deifferent carriers over LTE? im sorry for being rude but im really confusing this one, im in Qatar right now, but no yet LTE available here, if i will go in phillipines where LTE is available there does LTE of this iPhone 5 will work?
LTE will work only with carriers approved for LTE by Apple, regardless of the LTE channels they use.

Model A1429
(GSM model)
as shown in page link given in the previous post above, LTE networks in Phillipines will work.
It is equivalent of saying if you buy iPhone 5 in Phillipines from operators
they will give you above mentioned model.
Apple has no role in approval of operation of GSM/CDMA/2G/3G or LTE networks of any Network Operator any where.
These network frequencies are allocated to the operators as per National or Internationally approved protocols.
e.g., FCC in US.
Incorrect. Apple supports LTE only on those carries it approved for iPhones, regardless of frequency channes used.

mine is Model A1429 but all the iPhone 5 sold in Verizon are CDMA, thats indicated on their websites,
so it means that its both (GSM & CDMA) other says its ulocked on GSM but locked on CDMA,
Questions:
1. can i used it in any carriers? (YES!) how about LTE? (??)
2. is there a way to unlock also the CDMA part of the iPhone 5?

Yes, as you are already doing. As for LTE support, the Verizon iPhone 5 is a good choice, as it should support LTE in more countries than the AT&T iPhone 5, which is limited to just North America.
