the bluetooth shows 'off' and then sits & 'spins' when i tap it.
ive re synced, re set, etc I have restored I done every thing I can think of. I have even left it seting for 3 hours and nothing. Please help

Have you got anything for your Bluetooth to paired with?
- Restore to factory settings/New iPod if you have not doe so already
- Have you tried with a BT device that is know to work?
- If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem. Bring your BT device.
