iPhone 5 replacement

I got my first black/slate iPhone 5 two weeks ago and I have three problems 😟

1- As soon as I opened the box, I noticed nicks and scuffs in the bezel but I didn't care because they are so tiny but after experiencing two new problems they are starting to annoy me.

2- If I tap the back of the phone with my fingers and if I put in on a table I can hear a loud rattle, this annoys me 😠

3-The battery is draining so fast using 3G! even after restoring my iPhone as a new iPhone and disabling iCloud, location services... (iOS 6.1.2)

will Apple replace it?
