Q: Iphone 4s crashed, black screen, tried restore, stuck on waiting for iphone

IPhone 4s crashed, just got a black screen. Tried rebooting using home and on button, got apple sign then crashes again. Tried restore on itunes, stuck on waiting for iphone. No error messages appearing.
