Reinstallation with mac os mountain lion

I erased my hard drive and reinstalled lion mountain but after reinstallation on restart ,my password doesnot work.I restarted and pressed command R to enter into utilities but it asks for the password which does not work.I am sure that,I remember my password well,Help please?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You have a EFI password. This prevents other people to access to your Mac using a CD, DVD or any other partition different than your Mac OS X.


If you don't remember your password, you can't do anything with your Mac now. The only thing you can do is to take the computer to an Apple Store or reseller and get your EFI password resetted. This can't be done by an user
