Can't burn CD...error showing

Hi,

I'm trying to burn a CD something I have not done before. When I go to the playlist and hit burn playlist to disc and then select audio settings for audio CD I get an error message saying The attempt to burn the a failed. An unkown error occured (4280)

I ran the diagnostics for CD/DVD and have pasted them below.

Would anyone be able to help me at all?
