I've successfully registered the VBScript engine as suggested (as administrator), but still receive the same error messeage when trying to install iTunes?

In some cases of these 2738s, other parts of the Windows Script machinery (other than vbscript) have been disabled. If that's what is going on, running the fixit from the following Microsoft document has been of some assistance:
When I run a script in Windows Script, I receive an error message: "Library not registered"
