Q: Why can't change country in my account
I have register an account for apple ID. I changed another country to purchase some in the app store but now I can't change back the country that I registered. How to change back the country? I have tried to change it many many many times in the "setting".

I understand what you are saying, and I will try my best to help you.
I can't imagine why you are seeing a blank screen when you get to that step in the process, but try starting all over again by signing out of your Apple ID, reboot the iPad, then go throught the steps again.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
