When trying to send a spreadsheat from Numbers to an existing iWebe page we failed. We only had the chance to build a new page in iWeb.

you mean how can you provide a link that others can click to download the numbers document.
If so then this question is more generally stated as how can I link to any documnet I would like someone to be able to download? And that means this is not actually aNumbers question. This question should be posted in the iWeb forum:
