Since OS X 10.7 iSync is no longer part of the OS and no longer supported. The system frameworks it uses are deprecated and will be removed in a future OS X update.

Saying that, many people have found that the iSync v3.1.2 application from Snow Leopard still works for them. Transfer it from an old system backup and see if it still works for you.
